Support and refund status

This page is intentionally direct about what is working now and what must be completed before FlintLore accepts an order.

Prelaunch: a monitored support mailbox has not yet been provisioned or tested. Checkout remains closed, so there are no customers or orders requiring support today.

How support will work

Before sales open, this page and every purchase receipt will show the same tested support address. Support will cover installation, download or license issues, update questions, and bug reports for the purchased version.

No response-time guarantee is offered, and support will not provide medical, legal, engineering, or survival advice.

Refunds

FlintLore does not advertise a separate 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Before checkout opens, the refund text shown by the merchant of record will be configured and reconciled with applicable law and the published FlintLore Refund, Support, and Updates Policy.

When sales begin, a buyer will be able to use the route in the purchase receipt or the tested support address. That final route does not exist yet, checkout is closed, and no live order can be placed from this site.

Check before buying

  • Mac: Apple Silicon M1 or later, macOS 26 or later, and at least 8 GB memory.
  • Core: approximately 30-72 GiB transferred and a 32-77 GiB manifested footprint; allow about 150 GiB free during setup for working headroom and variable toolchain additions.
  • Complete: approximately 292-334 GiB transferred and a 307-352 GiB manifested footprint; a same-volume fresh setup needs approximately 347-392 GiB before variable toolchain additions, so use a dedicated 1 TB-or-larger drive with additional headroom.
  • Internet: required for purchase and first-run setup. Normal use is offline only after the full readiness test passes. Repairs and updates may require a connection.
  • Photo features: need at least 16 GB of memory (RAM); Macs with 8 GB of memory get text answers only.

These are current release-candidate estimates and must be measured again against the final signed release before checkout opens.
